Terms and Conditions

We love helping you. Since Lift the Load is a 'service' company , there are a few things we need to make clear so we have great interactions !

  1. Payments for each service provided is due before it is carried out.

  2. For services with starting prices, (Project helper, Project Designing ect) the starting cost mentioned is due after confirmation is granted. This is not refundable. 

  3. Once the assignment is completed, the balance will be due before it is presented via Email, WhatsApp or any other format.

  4. Minor corrections and adjustments needed to meet the objective ,  will be free of charge.

  5. If you are not satisfied with our work, we are always willing to work with you to ensure you get exactly what you need!

  6. Payment options include cash, direct wire transfer and ATH Movil. 

  7. At least 5 days before due date of assignment is needed.

  8. Express Service (less than 5 days between payment and due date) will be an additional fee.
